Legal & Employment Experience
Brenda Weinberg’s practice focuses on a variety of litigation issues, including criminal defense, personal injury, construction, employment, and family law. Before joining the firm, Brenda served as a judicial intern to the Utah Third District Court, handled landlord-tenant issues at Utah Legal Services, volunteered with Salt Lake Family Law Clinic, and managed construction projects in the telecommunications industry throughout the state of Utah. This breadth of experience allows her a better understanding of the unique needs of clients in a variety of industries.
Brenda attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, where she obtained a B.A. degree in European Studies in 2011. At Vanderbilt, she was a member of Sigma Alpha Iota, sat stroke seat with Vanderbilt Rowing, and studied in Vienna, Austria, where she learned to speak German. She pursued her legal education at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, where she obtained a J.D. degree in 2016 and was admitted to the Utah State Bar.
Brenda is a member of the Salt Lake County Bar, Central Utah Bar, and Park City Bar. She also sits on the board of the Community for Children’s Justice and plays clarinet with the Salt Lake Symphonic Winds.
