    The quaint, rural town of Cave Creek is a welcome respite from burgeoning Phoenix, Arizona. The character of the area, not altogether different from rural Logan, Utah is what inspired us to set up shop here. We take pride in knowing each of our clients and engaging in legal work that will not only help them better the community too. Don’t let our boutique size fool you, we are open normal business hours Monday through Friday and can even take appointments on night’s and weekends.

  • Our lawyers at the Cave Creek, AZ office specialize in real estate law, business law (contracts, entity formation, etc.), and estate planning.  If you have a legal needs outside of one of these specialities, we can still help. Because of our connection to a full legal team in Logan, we can engage attorneys with various areas of expertise to assist with almost any case.

  • If you’re visiting an attorney for the first time, particularly if your visit is for a personal injury case or litigation, we recommend first taking a calming breath. Many people can be intimidated by the legal process, but we’re not only versed in law, we are here to guide you to the best possible outcome.

    It’s important that you come prepared with as much factual information about your case/work as possible. Having original documents that we can make certified copies of will expedite your case. Prepare yourself to do a lot of talking in that first appointment, our primary objective is to listen so that we can give you thoughtful counsel.

    After your appointment, you should be aware that almost every legal case takes time. Most legal cases have many external participants, each with their own workloads, filing deadlines, and response times. Our attorneys will diligently follow your case through to completion, but there will almost inevitably be long waiting periods for evidence gathering, court actions/calendars, and more. You are welcome to contact us to check on the status of your case, but rest assured, if something significant happens while we wait, we will promptly notify you.

  • Our office is about 40 minutes from Scottsdale or downtown Phoenix. We recommend taking AZ-101 from Scottsdale or AZ-51 to Cave Creek Road from Phoenix. Free/Validated parking is available onsite.
